Dear 蒙麗莎,

6 of us from HONG KONG are planning to visit New Zealand ( the first time) in Easter 07 ( i.e. 1-10 April 07). Please advise the following:-

1. Please propose a 10-day itinerary from HK. (Would it be enough time for both islands? if not, please advise 2 itineraries, one for North Island, one for South Island)

2. We want to live together in a 3-bedrooms apartment or motels with private kitchen, any recommendations for the whole trip? Which websites we can go to reserve rooms in advance?

蒙麗莎, It's me Jessica again, on second thought, I think we better go for 10 day SOUTH ISLAND only.

We will fly in and out Christchurch. Please suggest a 10 day route for us. Thanks.

Thx for YK's sharing, I check the flight from Townsville to Mel, it is $169, so my domestic flight fee is about $500.
I have about 5 days in Sydney, I would like to take one day for the Wine taste tour, but do you have any comments about other 4 days trip in Sydney? I would like to visit and hang round, but not too tired. Because I may have a diving course in Townsville.
Anyone know Lismore? I will arrive Lismore to attend Southern Cross University graduation ceremony, have some good hostel near the school? I just worry about I can't find a comfortable and cheap the place to live. Need your kind help indeed.

Can you send an email to the university asking them to help to find an accomodation within the campus.They might have accomodation for visitors. I think there are not much to be seen in Lismore and you have such short time there so it is more convenient to stay within the University.
About the flight, You have to make allowance for tax and handeling charges and I hope you realise that booking it now
at the lowest price meaning locking in and you cannot change
afterwards and if you do not book the price gets higher as the date approches. That is how the online ticketing system works.
Hope you realises.
Can you tell what else you like to see other then the vinyard. The information is that when in Sydney you go to China Town asking is there a day trip to the Hunter Valley,
they may go to Port Stephens as well and you will get a chance to stay in a vinyard for an hour tasting the wine and do some purchasing. However my enperience was the wine shops in Sydney offered a lot more options amd better deal.

我想請問一下從奧克蘭機場自行開車到Paihia的YHA大概會需要多少時間.因為我上網查了一下Paihia YHA的接待時間到晚上20:00,而我的班機是下午16:45到奧克蘭機場,請問這樣子我從機場取車開到Paihia是否會太晚?如果我有事先訂房,就算晚點到YHA這樣是否可以check in?
